Of course! Photos are encouraged at most community events. Event organizers may choose to provide their own photographer, allow guests to use personal cameras, or arrange a professional photography experience.
Community events often involve hundreds of guests. The exact number depends on the event format, available time, and whether Santa is greeting guests, listening to wish lists, posing for photos, or participating in stage activities.
I do have my own throne, sleigh and various other props including Christmas trees, photography backdrops and other set items. These are available to rent at an additional fee. Please innquire what you are looking for with me at the time of booking. If I have it, I will be happy to provide it.
Yes. Father Christmas of the Three Mountains LLC carries liability insurance and can provide proof of insurance upon request.
Booking early ensures my availability for a community event. Repeat clients are encouraged to book as early as they can. I open bookings for new clients on August 1st of each year.

I am a professionally trained Santa Claus portrayal artist who has been through over 500 hours of professional development classes with the Worldwide Santa Claus Network (WSCN) pertaining to the art and craft of being Santa Claus. I am a current board member of Santas Pack, the local/regional chapter of the International Brotherhood of Real Bearded Santas (IBRBS). I have consulted with community leaders and organizers with planning their event and bringing it to life. I am dedicateed and focused on creating authentic, meaningful interactions with guests of all ages. Whether appearing at a small-town tree lighting or a large community festival, my goal is to help create lasting memories and bring the spirit of Christmas to every event. Absolutely. Father Christmas is comfortable appearing at both indoor and outdoor events. For outdoor appearances, weather conditions, access to shelter, and event duration may be factors in planning a successful visit.
Light rain is generally not a problem for parades and brief appearances. However, heavy rain, high winds, or severe weather may require adjustments to protect guests, equipment, and Santa’s wardrobe. Contingency plans should be discussed before the event.
Yes. In many cases, Santa arrives before guests begin arriving so that he can be escorted to a private waiting area and be ready to make a grand entrance at the appropriate time. If you are expecting me to arrive early, please discuss this with me at our consultation call. This early arrival will also be become part of the total time and quote.
Though I often come already dressed and fully ready. For larger events, a private room or staging area is appreciated. This allows Santa to prepare, take breaks, and maintain the magic before making his appearance.
